- Cancellations made less than 7 days before service commencement or after services have begun are not eligible for a full refund.

- Esse Dew Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to lack of resource availability or technical issues.
- In such cases, clients will receive a full refund with no administrative fees deducted.

- Handling charges ( fee of 10% of the service cost or INR 1,500 (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing expenses.

- Services that involve third-party costs, customized solutions, or express delivery are non-refundable.
- Such services will be clearly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
5. Exceptions
- Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or government regulations.
- Violation of Terms: If services are terminated due to a breach of our terms and conditions by the client, no refunds will be provided.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida , India.
- Clients agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting Esse Dew Pvt Ltd before pursuing legal action.
